Wenn die stellvertretende Geschäftsleitung Personalentscheidungen treffen kann und darf, besteht wohl ein Interessenkonflikt im Mandat....

nicht wählbar soll sein, wer selbstständige Entscheidungen in Personalangelegenheiten treffen kann. Ich bin Vertrauensperson und soll stellv. Geschäftsleitung in unserer Gemeindeverwaltung (Bayern) werden. Meines Erachtens besteht da kein Konflikt zur Wählbarkeit. Wie seht ihr das?? Kennt ihr vielleicht hilfreiche Kommentare zu diesem Thema?
