darf die SBV bei BR-Sitzungen mit abstimmen, wenn es um sb oder gleichgestellte Mitarbeiter geht?
Habe gelesen, dass in Bayern die SBV abstimmen darf, wenn das Personal-VG zutrifft.
Wie verhält es sich beim Betriebs-VG ?
